This Privacy Policy explains how SportLine Pro (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our iOS mobile application (the “App”) and this website (https://sportline-pro.app/). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide: such as your name, email address, and the content of messages you submit through support.
  • App data you create: such as training goals, difficulty settings, workout notes, and progress logs you enter in the App.
  • Device & usage data: such as device model, OS version, language, app version, IP address (approximate location), and interactions with the App (e.g., screens viewed, feature usage).
  • Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data to help us identify and fix issues.

3. Health & Fitness Data

If you choose to connect Apple Health (or similar system frameworks), the App may read or write fitness-related data (for example, workouts, activity, and related metrics) only to provide features you request. You can control permissions at any time in your device settings. We do not access Apple Health data without your permission.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App’s goal tracking, progress insights, and personalized metrics;
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you;
  • Monitor performance, debug issues, and prevent fraud or misuse;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Where applicable, our legal bases include performance of a contract (providing the App), our legitimate interests (security, analytics, and improvement), and your consent (for optional permissions such as Health access).

6. Sharing & Disclosure

We may share information:

  • With service providers that help us operate the App and website (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support tools), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations;
  • For legal reasons if required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and security;
  • In business transfers such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and how it is used.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices & Rights

You can:

  • Update or delete certain in-app data from within the App (where available);
  • Control permissions (including Health permissions) in your device settings;
  • Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting shevabodya@icloud.com.

If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also have the right to object to processing, request restriction, or request data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

11. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. When we transfer information, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
